You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, send you a copy of it, correct it, or stop sharing it for advertising. Use the form below and we'll take care of it.

How long it takes. We'll respond within 45 days, as the law requires. If we need longer we'll tell you why before that deadline passes.
We may check it's really you. We might email you to confirm your identity before we act. This protects you — it stops someone else deleting your information.
What we can delete. Your account details, marketing contact information, and the personal details attached to your past orders.
What we have to keep. We can't delete everything. Tax and accounting law requires us to retain records of completed purchases, so we keep those and remove or mask the personal details we aren't required to hold.
Deleting isn't the same as unsubscribing. If you only want to stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email — that's instant and keeps your order history intact.
