I am literally addicted to these nuts! I feel good eating them because I know they won't spike my glucose. I keep them in my purse so I can snack on them if I get hungry between meals. Really freaking delicious. I've had the kind where they use sugar and those are definitely tasty but you're eating so many more calories with those plus the sugar... not good for my glucose levels. I highly recommend Cynful Snax!
