Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns and will refund the full amount of any unopened and undamaged products. Refunds on opened pouches are limited to one per customer per product. If you return more than one opened bag of the same product, we will refund only one of the opened bags you return. Any additional bags of that same product must be unopened and undamaged in order to be refunded. Once we receive and process your return, it will take about 5-10 business days for your refund to show up in your account. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Please be sure to place your full name and order number on the package and address all returns to:

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product for the same item, send us an email at  [email protected] (with a photo of the product showing the damage upon receipt) for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once you receive your Return Authorization, please send your item to:
